1. Order Processing
We move fast so you get your items quickly. All orders placed before 23:59 are handled and shipped the next business day.
- Please note: Specific handmade, premium, or artisan brands in our catalog are made-to-order. These items require a custom production window of 7–14 business days before they are dispatched. This will always be noted on the individual product page.
2. Scandinavian & EU Delivery Estimates
We primarily serve the Nordic region and the broader European Union. All packages are dispatched from our premium European fulfillment hubs, ensuring no hidden customs surprises for EU citizens.

4. Pickup Points vs. Home Delivery
In Scandinavia, packages are frequently routed to your nearest local pickup point (such as a local grocery store, postbox, or service point) to guarantee a secure transfer. 5. Tracking Your Package

6. Unclaimed Packages
